
Possible the greatest Hot sauce around. It can be used on basically anything. It's very good with roasted chicken wings. Once the wings are finished roasting on the grill (indirect heat) or the plain old oven. Toss the wings with some sauce and your good to go. The sauce makes a great holiday gift. Here is the original recipe, along with a staple dry rub of mine.
Basic Dry Rub for Wings
Rosmary
Thyme
Paprika
Salt and Pepper
Inner Beauty
1lb Scotch Bonnet Peppers
12 Ounces yellow Mustard
2 Ounces Brown Sugar
6 oz White Vinegar
2 oz Orange Juice
2 oz Honey
2 oz Molasses
6 oz Papaya Juice
6 oz Pineapple Juice
6 oz oil
1/3 oz cumin, chili powder, curry, tumeric, and allspice
Salt and Pepper to taste
